MPP pipes cannot be welded in rainy weather, otherwise water vapor will be generated on the end face of the welded pipe. Before heating, use a heating plate to bake the end face of the pipe until the water vapor is completely evaporated, and then heat the pipe.

4. When the ambient temperature is lower than - 5°C or in windy weather, insulation and precautionary measures should be taken. Otherwise it will seriously affect the welding quality.

5. Pipe welding cannot be performed in rainy weather. The surface and pipe ends of the MPP power tube heating plate should be cleaned with alcohol frequently to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is free of oil, water and impurities.

6. When the weld seam is cooled, it should be cooled naturally. When forced cooling is used, the welding quality of the pipe will be affected.

7. The anti-sticking layer on the surface of the heating plate should not be damaged. Before welding, wipe off the water, impurities and soil on the end face of the pipe with a clean rag. The end faces of welded pipes should be kept clean.

8. When there is water vapor on the end surface of the pipe to be welded, before heating, use a heating plate to bake the end surface of the pipe until the water vapor is completely released, and then heat the pipe.

9. When cleaning the end face of the pipe, someone should be supervised to prevent the hand from being injured when the pipe is closed.

10. When the wall thickness of the pipe is less than 6mm, hot-melt butt joint is generally not used. Otherwise, it is difficult to guarantee the welding quality of pipes.

If the construction personnel do not have mature skills before construction, then the construction quality and effect will not be at all.
